Alright lets do this shit mother fuckers.
We're gonna work our way around this pic and try to go full circle.
First off the body. It's very off especially in this pose and the fact we can't see some of it because of the hair isn't helping hide anything.
From the head to waist area: Face feels a bit wide. Again it might be the hair making it look like that since it's so fucking huge so I'll have to leave that alone for the most part. Chest is looking a bit strange. One breast appears to be bigger then the other and no it's not the angle of which this was drawn. The breast that's facing us should be a bit smaller or moved to the left (or towards the arm) to make it look accurate.
From the chest to the waist: Oh boy. I'm sure if she was standing straight up we wouldn't be having a problem with this but in this position there's a lot. Her torso was drawn way too long and frankly up too high. Her rib cage appears to be at least a foot or so down from her chest which is no where near right. If you just took the head to chest area and pull it back a bit it will help.
And that ass. Way too flat and small. Even from that angle there still should be volume and shape to her ass. I'm going to blame the hair for that cause it's also covering that a bit too.
Your friend was nice to help with the leg areas since those were the only parts to come out right, though she has her error too. The foot we can't see as well, it's hard to tell if we're looking at it from the side or from above. Which I find odd given fro the angle we should be seeing it from above.
In addition to lower the point where the tail comes out. For a furry or any kind of animal based character it's in the wrong place.
Next lets talk coloring. I think the shading is nice for this picture but there's a problem for shading on the muzzle. The muzzle on a sonic character is not just an oval. The shading on it is similar to a human face or even an animals face. Don't forget that. And as for that hair I know you could have done a much better job then that. Without any darker shading to add depth to it the hair looks flat and stands out awkwardly with the rest of the character who is shaded like they have volume. If you don't know how then just make some of the lines you've used to make the hair and darker it in some areas where there's shape to it. It'll help a lot and it's not something new you have to learn.
Also light source. It seems like the light is coming from below on the body but then above on the face, chest and tail.
Over all you got talent but you really need help refining. In times like this image use a reference, especially if it's a pose you're not too familiar with. Pay more attention where the main light source is, don't fucking wing it cause that shit don't fly.
Vision:
Nice attempt at being sexy but for me those errors stand out too much and kill it.
Originality:
Sexy sonic fan character in underwear and sexy pose. Solid lines on the side and negative version enlarged as the background. Yeah real original.
Technique:
Bleh.
Impact:

Shes just got a big head and hair :I its just how it came out. Lol.

I understand that and figured that was the case which made examining the body harder since I could only see so much but even if you don't want her looking too big, using a ref will help you out since you don't have to directly copy it.

I was basing it off of a picture I drew forever ago, which is also 5 times more better then this. But it happenes.

Well, I dunno... i mean, its obvious that she tried. I still remember when i was at that stage of drawing. By reading the nice couraging comments, i got better. But when somebody was rather "downing" on me, I felt bad and worthless in what I did. I stopped what I was actually good at because somebody told me i wasnt.
I don't want to stop you in making critiques ( for gods sake no) but maybe you could sugar-coat it more. Y'know, be honest but not abstractly blunt. It really makes a big difference in how the reader will capture it. :3

Besides I find a crit ore helpful when it tells you the problems and how to fix them over cooing them with what they did right and only lightly mention what went wrong.
