Beat from Jet Set Radio future...only older and MY style. Ain't he a sexy beast? And also....WOW could his pants get any baggier!?

Well, I'm really happy with how this turned out (probably my best CG coloring to date, come to think of it...it's probably one of my best PICTURES to date ) although I realize the pant leg on the right side should be longer
I WILL add a background to this eventually, in the mean time you just get that nifty Graffiti thing.
