Description
So here is the final, finished image of my Gears of War fan character. A Locust named Brokkar. This one was done entirely in Photoshop. Some reference was used for the pose. The lines are a little thicker then I wanted, but was too lazy to fix it.
I said I'd post more info about this character once this image was uploaded, so here it is.

Brokkar was once a Theron Guard in the Locust world. He was brought up as any other Locust, trained and bred to kill the human race. On a usual kill mission to the surface, Brokkar was gravely injured. A young scientist (Aya) felt pity on the creature despite her better judgment and convinced the group she was with that he was better use to them alive.
After nursing him back to health, Aya spent much time with Brokkar. He felt himself telling the human anything she asked of him and a strong bond between the two formed.
Brokkar ends up in the human base for a full year until Locusts attack and he is freed. But not without costs. Aya is killed in the fight in front of Brokk. Needless to say, Brokkar's new, unusual behavior is noted quickly and his Locust brethren torture and attempt to kill him. He escapes to the surface world where he wanders alone.
Later, Brokk is picked up by a group of COGs and ends up earning their trust. He eventually gets his Locust tattoo removed and a COG one to replace it with. He also learns better english and the "Hiss" common to all Theron Guards diminishes.

His skin is slightly darker then other Locusts due to exposure to the sun. His eyes however still have not adjusted, so he wears a pair of goggles to cope. His body is not covered in the usual "scab" like markings of a usual Locust. Instead he has dark gray freckles which cover his entire back, arms, and feet. His skin is very smooth and less tough then an average Locust. He has a large frame. Larger then any common Locust Grunt but smaller then the generals of the Locust horde.

There ya go, some info on this character. Think I'm the only one to have actually created a Locust character....

I used a pose from somewheres, forget though. I will dig it up and post it.
