Description This man is a constant outside the National Portrait Gallery. Almost everytime I pass during the day he is there. Playing.

I had a little chat with him, he's awesome.

Photo taken with a Nikon FM2n using Legacypro 400 (Fuji Neopan 400) and pushed to 1600 in D-76.
