PLEASE READ FIRST:( This Picture is taken from the Death Note TV Series and is owned by Tsugumi Ohba & Takeshi Obata.
I claim no ownership over the character or brand and this Vector/Art Piece was recreated to further develop my coloring skills.

This is the finished vector color done in photoshop of the ever so kool L Lawliet
Took about an hour each on lineart and color and before anyone mentions, i am very sorry bout his insomnia rings around his eyes, i know they're not brilliant, but i was trying to keep to a vector style and have no blurring at all
(no brushes involved!!)
