This is the first look of The Heartless Empire, based off the name from here:The Heartless Empire is universal empire that is currently placed on the east south side of the Tooniverse, with each universes and dimensions (including JJSponge120 universe, Finnjr63 universe, funnytime77 universe, thanksgungod universe and name of few of dimensions)
Founded and taken over by Heartlesgonist founder La Artist, who terrorizes the east south of the Tooniverse and form a very-gigantic sized empire to create the population of Heartlesgonists (other name as Terrorists), while turning every of Protagonists (Heroes) and Antagonists (Villains) into slaves.

Hmm... If by chance some terrorists decided to go help someone, then they would've just turn against them. I might have a feeling that there might be the leader of the Heartlesgonists who forces the Heartlesgonists terrorize everything in its path. Better be safe, because it's like World Unite Archie Comic where Sigma became the leader of the Heartlesgonist along with some Mavericks being like some Heartlesgonists.
