The dress is stunning! The fur on the kneck, the snowflake look on one of the layers of her dress (I guess its a layer? Is that what you call it? Lol im no expert on this sorta thing), the snowflake pattern on the dress. All of it is just beautiful! And her hair reminds me of cold winter wind (if that makes any since). Now that ive stared at it longer the bottom layer of her dress (once again not sure if im using the right word to describe what im looking at) is starting to remind me of snow. The boarder is also beautfiul! I cant stop looking at this picture lol. The longer I stare at it the more little details I notice. Excellent work!

Disney's new movie Frozen is supposed to come out this winter. It's supposed to be (LOOSELY) based on The Snow Queen fairytale. No idea what Disney's version of the Queen will look like, but I absolutely adore your version

Uwaa that hair is so awesome *wants it* XD Love the dress- especially the bodice~ It looks like a decorative ball gown but also like it would be really warm XD
I also like how you've included lots of cold colours and the contrasting yellow looks great 8D She stands out but matches the background at the same time and the swirls frame her perfectly~ Keep up the awesome work~! 8D

The detail is so amazing! It must have been such a pain but the result is mesmerizing, in my opinion.
And its so swirly~! The colors look so pretty, the way they swirl and blend together.
Its a little hard on my eyes because of all the details, my eyes want to take it all in but end up darting to all the teeny details, and they're so many its a tad bit overwhelming...
Nonetheless, this is very pretty and enjoyable if you try to focus on a specific part, like the face. Its my favorite part, along with the hair. I'm a sucker for long swirly hair and pretty faces.
