Just like the last VK chapter. I thought it was a really poignant moment when Yuuki wonders what if she and Zero had been born human. 'What would have the human 17 year old Yuuki done?' Zero points out that if they'd been human, they'd have never met because then obviously, Juuri wouldn't have sacrificed herself, Haruka wouldn't have died and Kaien wouldn't have brought up Yuuki. Same goes for Zero, whose family wouldn't have been massacred, Shizuka wouldn't have been bitten him and he'd never have ended up at the Cross Academy. Their paths would perhaps never cross...
