I think Luc is care for Sarah, but not as a couple since he have another ambition. And Sarah, maybe she loves Luc, but she choose to follow and helping him, even to her death. I really love their relationship, cold but care to each other.

Oh yeah XD I like the tender relationship, the almost...reliant nature they have for each other. Luc never had anyone growing up- not his age anyway. I think she filled that void. ;;
