I like this character in the series. He's a cool actor too, and if I'm not mistaken he played one of the elf officers in the Lord of the Rings.

The amount of work that you put into your art in such a short time always amazes me. The tonal values in this piece are positively awesome. Doesn't hurt that he happens to be my favourite actor

Mr. Parker happens to be one of my fav actors as well! I know a lot of people hate his character from the show, but I find him always attractive and he makes such a great villain! Once again, THANK YOU!!
