What spirits live within these walls? Oh, can you hear them screaming? What ghosts do haunt these old ruins?...The incredible, breathtaking ruins of the Krzyżtopór Castle (The Cross and The Axe Castle).
It was built in the 17th cantury by the wealthy Polish nobleman, Jerzy Ossoliński, the king's chancellor. His residence was said to be one of the biggest castles in the country. However it didn't last long. After the war with Sweden in 1650's, it was robbed and seriously damaged.
Nowadays it remains as outstanding ruins.

This is an older photo, back then teh ground was muddy. Today they layed tiles thre and made real seats

Oh no not realy! Not plactic cheap seats but rader they made whole rowes of stone and wood on top of it it looks great
