Really good photo! I like your description, the photo definitely has some sort of feeling towards the burial of Pope John Paul II though I don't know if that is what you were going for...

It's hard to explain, but I love how the chairs are stacked.
It's almost like they are weightless, and when the people left they were just pushed, shunted aside, bounced up and then landed, some forming piles.
There is a great feeling of emptiness to this photo, and yet there is an invisible burden.
It just seems like you could see the sadness that was experienced in these chairs, and now they're empty, to be cleaned off by the rain..
So anyways, great capture.. there is a lot, I feel, that could be interpreted in this picture, and yet at the same time it is strikingly...basic.
So, I don't know. I suppose kudos to you for taking the shot.

Before I read the description, this photo reminded me of a local senior prank where students took out all the desks and chairs from portables and placed them, set up like they were inside, on the roofs of the portables XD
