A grim-looking figure. Feels influenced by Victoria Frances for some reason.
Comparing to the sizng of her feet, the thighs appear more flubbery than it usually would. Traces of the kneecaps on the stockings would be better. The neckerchief could use more lining with the neck shape, otherwise it just looks like a piece of hankerchief tossed on her. Fingers could use more detail. As small and frail as they look, there is always ways to imput detail to them. Some more evidence of her barely-seen fingernails or the creases of the fingers would do a lot. Her left arm is shown abstractly bending from the elbow, perhaps a different positioning would justify that it doesn't look like a rubber noodle. One shoulder pom-pom looks bigger than the other, so unless that's a unique trait given to her attire, I would say i's better to even it out. The shoes don't show much detail aside fromsmall design and outlines of the straps. The rose is awkwardly held with her fingers positioned like so, but if you like it that much, some thorns on it could make it appear more balanced.
However, here are the good parts. The facials have shown themselves the avant-garde molding you have brought from your unique style and fits very well with the disorienting color contrasts and shaping. The shades of the shirt are one of the best I've seen from your stuff, and your hair is very hypnotizing.

All the stuff you pointed out is what I've been noticing, but I can't go back and fix it because Gimp is a fuck cake and saves my files weird. I basically colored this from the pen doodle that i did, and didn't fix anything. And her arm is the thing that's bothered me the most.

Well, you don't have to do it right away, but this kind of critiquing is always good for safe-keeping in your mind when you plan to draw her or any character in general next time.
Have you considered taking pictures of yourself or other subject using particular positions that are difficult to draw, then attempting to sketch the lining in detail? Heard that helps.

That's what stock is for, I do look at how people have their bodies, but I don't draw much at home, so I try to remember how their bodies where.
