This is a piece of fanart for the lovely ~Mad-TopHat-Ter based on her awesome AxelRoxas fanfiction "When the Circus Came to Town". From the day I came across it I was instantly hooked because it is such an orignal AU fiction. So if you like AkuRoku I say you go read it .
This picture was fun to do. The characters were sketched by hand then scanned in to MangaStudio Ex to be inked and I also added in the background. Then I exported it to PaintshopPro 7 to colour it.
For some reason Axel's hair came out the best, AGAIN!
Riku gave me the most trouble because he just refused to co-operate in both the sketching and inking stage but I beat him down eventually XD And he got himself a chibi Sora for his hat
First time drawing Larxene and Demyx! Kinda sad I couldn't make Larxene look as pretty as she actually is
But am pleased Demyx's hair turned out alright.The only real problem I have with the picture is that Roxas came out looking a bit too young... Ah well, I still like it overall.

I don't really like AkuRoku (I'm a NamiRoku fan, thanks), but when I saw this, it was just an 'AWWWWWWWWWW"! moment for me! (Okay, I didn't actually go 'Awwwwww', but my heart did! ^^ *chakram'd for the bad pun*)

I had actually read the fanfic before I found this picture. After several months, my love for everything circus grew, so I went to Deviantart and typed in "Circus" and low and behold, I found the thing that started it all. Well done! It's wonderful.
