If you like old style JRPG then yeah go for it!
but if you don't like random encounters then don't go for the older games, go for the newer ones in the past 10 years(remakes included)
also despite the 'purists' who complain about the newer games being filled with stupid accents and pointless fillers, I feel the newer games do better and making an environment and little stories to go along with the bigger one being told.

:U they are all on Nintendo systems
just most of the ones that make it to NA are on the 3DS now.
They did say that XI has a good chance to have a western release on the switch though, so here's wishing!

nah, that is fine XD
I've been screaming for not only X but the DQH franchise to be brought over to the NA switch for so long
XI seems like the only thing right now that has hope
