The mouth doesn't look too horrible, even though I agree the eyes look a bit off.

I think the problem is the left (well I guess the girl's right, my left) eye seems a bit too large and a bit too high up. Keep in mind I am not a professional and I couldn't draw something half as nice looking, but if you couldn't quite place the problem that's my two cents
