One of my platies, Riviera, just gave birth! The babies are SO TINY! A lot of them have been eaten, though... Still, there are about five or six that we've found so far, so we hope they make it! Not sure if I'll get a breeder net, though, since our tank is heavily planted. That's wisteria that this platy is hiding in; it's pretty much overrun the tank, so they'll probably be safe there! Thinking about feeding egg yolk, though we might just soak some flakes and crush them into powder.

This little baby is just barely visible; you can see his eye and the silhouette of his internal organ structure, but his tail is nearly invisible. It was really hard to get this pic! Out of a dozen, this and one other were the only ones that were discerneable.
