Description
This is a drawing of the brown-haired player character from Harvest Moon DS Cute (basically, a for-girls version of one of the Harvest Moon farming games). This was done in pen and colored pencil. Obviously nothing fancy at all... I was going for a sort of "whispy clouds" look in the sky, but I think it ended up looking like blue scribbles!
Oh, and the blue lump in the background is a mountain range, but I messed up on the color and it looks like the ocean or something. Not sure how many people like this game, but I'm addicted to it!

And God, I have lost so much of my life to Harvest Moon. I remember obsessively trying to get the girl that loved animals to marry me on the SNES version.

Oh, I never played the SNES version! Was it any good? I love the DS Cute version, but the Game Cube version is just as addictive! There's something about that series that makes you want to play for hours and hours and hours. Dirty dishes are piling up? Who cares! It's almost harvesting time!

Exactly! You just get addicted and can't focus on anything but your produce! Or romancing or upgrading tools or buying livestock. Aaand then you look up to see it's 2 am and wonder where the time went. The SNES version was pretty good! I mean, it was cute. I don't think it has as many things to do as the DS and Game Cube games, which are amazing, but for its time it was pretty fun!

I know! Even my cat likes it. He loves to watch the DS screen when I pet/milk/wash/sheer my animals. Though he might just like to watch the stylus moving quickly.

I like this picture a lot! I've only played Harvest Moon Friends Of Mineral Town for the GBA lmao. That game was addicting. SERIOUSLY. But I'd much rather play as a boy, cause then you get to make pretty girls fall in love with you. xD
Anyway. This is soooooooo good. You're cool, because I can't draw animals like that.
