I'm general my main complaint about this game is that it tries way too hard to make itself into as many memes as possible.
Well that and the notion that every single person you encounter who is hostile would be willing to sit down and have a discussion in pitched combat.

I guess the idea is that in RPGs if you think about the number of nameless monsters and mooks you kill it looks pretty horrific, but it's not like we're looking for realism in games that tend to involve flinging huge fireballs or wielding swords the size of pickup trucks.
