Although your photomanipulation is very nice... my image is not a STOCK image... and you did not ask for permission prior to using my image My image is copyrighted material, and my copyright clearly shows on the image.
All the images on are NOT available for use by others... in order for an image to be available for use, it must be categorized as "stock".
So in the future, please ask BEFORE you use one my images, unless it is already categorized as stock.
I am not trying to be mean... but, this unauthorized use of my images seems to be becoming more and more frequent.
You may wish to review DeviantArt's FAQ on this subject FAQ #157: Can I use things created by other people in my submissions?

If you wish to use one of my images in the future, please contact me first... permission will not be unreasonably witheld. I'm really trying to be nice here but I should warn you that many deviants will get very upset when you use their images without permission.

I do appreciate you being honest, and letting me know that you did use my image

Apology accepted!
be very sure to read the "category" on each and every deviation, before you decide to just use it as a stock image

yes, folks can get VERY upset, report the violation, and cause DA to remove your deviation Much better to ask first, so that when you finish your deviation, you can be proud of yourself Remember... you wouldn't want your finished work to be ripped off... would you? ...for "what goes around... always comes around" ...and "what you project...comes back in threes"
is no different from any real life community ....you wouldn't dream of using my car... or my toothbrush () without asking first ...and my art (and yours!) is no different

In your artist's comments on your deviation... you say "I still feel like I'm missing something in this picture, feel free to comment"
well, you may want to delete your deviation... and start over with actual STOCK IMAGES

I just went back and looked at your deviation again... and then clicked each and every one of the links that you provided for the model, background, birds, and fish... and NOT one of those images is a stock image I think you need to spend your time working on a deviation that cannot be reported for violations... right now, your deviation has 4 violations

they are cute wonderful colors! I'd love to have some but there are way too many predators around here...

...but at 27 cents a piece for feeder comets... you can afford to lose a few! We didn't think they would survive during the winter (we do have a heater)... and we weren't sure about predators, either... but, this is now about 6 years later... and Bob thinks we've lost a whole 2 ...we know that one died, and we may have lost another one to an owl.

They are definitely worth the time and trouble of feeding them in the spring and summer (don't have to feed them once the temps get really cold)... and changing the filter media occasionally. The other bonus is that the birds and cats love having a place to get an easy drink of water. We built our pond with an 85 gallon pond liner kit from Wally World, then added rocks, and a landscape timber "corner" at the back of it... but, the pleasure of watching the fish and listening to the running water has been worth every dime!

Very true - but somehow I don't think you've got great blue heron or coyotes or foxes or egrets hanging around in your backyard along with possible visits of raccoons and skunks which could be there....but your area sounds wonderful and I wish we had the flat land to give up for it!!

We have a little plastic pond, maybe 2'x3' down below the house that we can see from the deck and one window - the birds do love it for the water Saw a hawk take off from the rim last fall and this morning two scrub jays were bathing - much to the irritation of the acorn woodpeckers I got a wireless remote shutter for my birthday and that area is one I want to try it with

but, just think of the shots you could get! Remember, at 27 cents a piece, it would still be great entertainment!

Yep! I my remote! Glad you got one for your birthday!

We're talking about creating a wine barrel fountain for inside the fenced garden...I think we'll add some 'feeders' to it

And yeah...the shots could be great!!
