Uranus: She doesn't talk a lot. In fact, she doesn't talk at all. But despite being a mute, she has a lot to say. Like the planet she represents, she doesn't seem to have any features at first. She doesn't show emotion, mostly stays in the background and interacts with Neptune and Saturn only, as they are the only ones who actually understand her. She envys Saturn a little for her relationship with Jupiter and would like to have a similar relationship with Neptune. Unfortunately, beneath her emotional shell, she is rather insane, often watches Neptune with intense stares and doesn't leave her alone, which scares the hell out of poor Neptune. When she can't be with Neptune, she is rather down and sticks to her older sister Saturn. Her hairbraid, which is longer than she is tall, ends in a morning star and she likes to knock people out with it or wrap Neptune in it. Strangely enough, it acts on his own, but given its owner, it's not so strange after all. The only people for whom she ever smiles are Neptune, Saturn and the dwarf planets, especially Pluto. She and Neptune practically adopted them. Her given name is Georgette Desdemona Sola.
Neptune: Neptune is the last planet in the solar system and she has a few complexes because she is last in queue. She wasn't always there, though. She is often nostalgic and remembers the times when she was closer to Mother Sola than Uranus, which annoys Uranus majorly. Neptune, despite being an ice giant, has a bubbly, cheerful nature, is generally agreeable and kind and together with Saturn the only one who understands Uranus and her whims. That doesn't keep her from being scared of her pale blue sister though. It greatly disturbes Neptune, that Uranus keeps staring at her, follows her everywhere and asks her for marriage from time to time. While Uranus is very possessive of Neptune, Neptune loves her freedom and mostly spends time with the dwarf planets. She has fun taking them out for drinking and is very much of a big sister / mother figure to them (while Uranus is the father - a stern father!).
But like the other gas planets, she can reveal quite a temper, since she doesn't have the fastest storms in the solar system for nothing. But overall, Neptune is well-liked by the others. Her given name is Azura Felicia Sola.
