Part of a project I've been working on with using editing to create variations on the theme of one photo. The original photo was a generic country road shot, and I've put it into black and white, sepia, a shot with a red sky, and this one. This is my favorite thus far! I'm including this in my Putnam County series because that is where the shot was taken, but I feel as though this has a much more upbeat feeling than the rest of the series has.

I like the way the lighting was at this time of day such that it brought out a huge amount of detail in a road that is essentially half dirt and half paved.
