Guess who's been doing some new style experiments!!
I was always fascinated by the people who can create illustrations without lineart and make it look clean. I have no idea how they pull it off on a regular basis. Now that I've given it a try myself, I have even more admiration for those artists. It took me literally 2 hours to finish this drawing. Though I guess I didn't exactly pick the easiest subject possible.

Well anyway, I've been listening a lot to The Adventure Zone podcast recently and I love it a lot. Having a lot of DnD playing experience myself, I feel like the way these guys are playing it is the best way possible, and it really fuels the imagination.
I think I may have a soft spot for Taako because he's the most similar to the character that I tend to play in DnD. I just wish my design for him was more interesting and less generic and plain. Pretty much the only original idea I got for him here is that he's wearing a mute bell around his neck. You see, the bell is a symbol of unused potential and great genius being hidden from plain sight.
And, well, it's a Taako bell. Get it?
