this series is my fav of 2010...and 09 come to think of it. infact the only ones i can compare in my personal opinion is the Fever series by Karen Marie Moning and harry potter (u should no who wrote that 
i congratulate u on the characters who irritate you at the same time as making you love them. you've written it in such a way that even small-time characters grow on you and it is impossible to put down!! brilliant writing and i love the dry humor that you've put into it...BRILLIANT.
ps; id just like to add that i found this book through chira-chira and her amazing character studies.

Sooooo..... I just got done reading it, and I must say that it was the best book I've ever read. 
Honestly when I was only about 1/4 done with the book I was already ranting to my friends that it was the best book I've ever read.
Fantastic job, the both of you! 
By the way, I love the cover. It's just something you have to pick up and just think, "Wow, that is an awesome book cover." It's just impossible not to!

Best book I've read all summer, possibly all year. The two of you did an amazing job, and a blissfully consistent one. I've yet to find a better example of characters that evolve over the course of a story without becoming different people altogether, and as much of a sucker as I am for happy endings, your's provided closure without comfort. Beautiful, beautiful job. Thanks you for reminding me why I enjoyed writing so much in the first place.
Is there a sequel? What's it called? When's it coming out? Will we see more of Hal? (crosses fingers and holds breath)

Shit yeah, I liked it! I loved it. I just finished reading it today. I'm sad to say I've only had the book less than a week and it already has battle scars, but that's because I couldn't put it down and carried it with me everywhere (Havemercy has traveled the length of California with me).
Anyway. Loved it. Hope to see more from you two.
