Description
A belated response to a ludicrous blog article that claimed, among other things, that Princess Celestia's gray unicorn guards are "enslaved black ponies serving the white overlord pony." Seriously, what??The guards are now named Seeker (left) and Silent Vigil (right).
They are both making cameos in my fanfic [link] . Seeker actually will be playing a fairly large role within the next two chapters!(Incidentally, I am fine with portrayals of Dash as gay; but given the history of this toyline, it's silly to claim that her rainbow hair is a "secret sign of lesbianness" or something. The MLP line has had many, many sets of "Rainbow Ponies", whole sets of ponies with rainbow hair, since its inception.)

I never thought she was gay. I always thought that she could be a tomboy or somewhere in between that and girly. I mean seriously she has never shown to be attracted to females. And seriously if you're basing it off the rainbow mane, that doesn't work either. In the pony world that could simply be genetics. When I was littly it used to be normal for me to have rainbows in stuff. Now whenever something has to do with rainbows people associate it with gays, lesbians, bi's, you get the point.
Rainbow dash isn't lesbian it's not cannon, but you guys think what you want. I'm just going to enjoy the show but now I can't enjoy rainbows anymore without people thinking about gays

I don't really ship ponies anyway. I agree with Fluttershy that this would be very cruel, especially if you do not put airholes in the box.

Once in a while I read shipping stuff--I'm actually reading a Fluttershy/Dash fic right now which is nice because it actually has character development which makes them a plausible couple. (Otherwise they seem very unlikely to me. But not as unlikely as Fluttershy and Big Mac, who I swear would just stare at the table for their entire date, then go home never to speak of it again.) Usually I find it kind of dull, though. "Pony A likes Pony B. Pony A angsts about being gay. OMG, Pony B secretly likes Pony A too!! They fall in love and everything is perfect. The end."
I know a lot of people, especially teenagers, DO have to struggle and come to terms with their sexuality, so I appreciate the spirit in which "you're gay but it's all right" stories are presented and I certainly think there's a need for some stories like that. But not in every. single. story. with a gay character . . .

I agree, previously generic gay guard pony, Rainbow Dash cannot be called a lesbian just because of how she looks.

Dash was born with rainbow hair it doesn't count her as what you say, she is best friends with Applejack,Rarity,Twilight sparkle,Fluttershy, and Pinkie pie.
Its just shipping people think she is doesn't matter they make couples from the show.
Best friends can seem like that but no I didn't think this comic was funny at all srry
