Not the most imaginative title, to be sure, but it's simple and to the point. He is, after all, a blue dragon in human form. Seeing as all dragons are masterful shape changers, it's no surprise that he would blend traits from both forms.

Blue dragons are very flamboyant, and need to be seen. They are one of the more sensual clans, and they tend to be enamored with trinkets and fashion and anything they can use to show themselves off. Like all dragons, they are fighters, and are proud of their scars.

I spent way longer on this than I ever meant too. I just couldn't find myself wanting to work for more than an hour or two (except in the last couple of days), and so this kept dragging out and out and out. But because I would only spend a little time on it during any sitting, I tired to make myself really focus on details and on lines, trying to make it all work out. I rather like how it turned out.
