Description Edit: I swear this looks SO much better in reality! Silly camera didn't pick up all the colours right!

FINALLY finished this one! My first coloured portrait! So here's Hilary Duff!
Materials used: Staedtler Luna Coloured Pencils, 8B Pencil, HB for the basic sketch and the hair, Kneaded Eraser, Tissue and Blending Stumps.
Time taken: Frankly, I lost count, but I\'m guessing well over 10 hours.
