Excerpt from the Varelliackian Book of Enemies, Vol. 384:
"The Star Sapphires: Women of great beauty and passion from across the galaxy are given one of the nine Star Sapphire rings. From these powerful rings, they may use personal energies channeled through the ring to create objects used in battle and other abilities depending on the bearer, such as empathic abilities.
Battle: When encountering a Star Sapphire, the best way to defeat one is to wear black. The rings use passion and transform that into colored light and solidified energy. However, the constructs cannot penetrate anything black, which simply sheds the energy of the constructs. A power suit colored darkest black is impenetrable to the Star Sapphire's powers. The only danger is....
So I LOVE this costume. I think I will be doing more. I always wanted to have someone with one of those amazing frilly flirty skirts and now that I found the right skirt and it looks great, I will have to do more...

We have a few skirts but this one was really the best...it does not fit perfectly so it kind of needs adjusting for every picture but I love the way it flows. It is here [link]
