My entry for and 's Summer '08 contest. [link]It's Rovie and Loric (sounds weird not to say Jynx. XD) Rovie wants to go play in the woods but Loric thought he was going to the beach. =3
They were supposed to be standing on the cliff with a view of the beach below at the upper half of the drawing, but I was having trouble with the perspective.
Don't ask about the random watermelon in the tree. I don't know. XD
I know the coloring of the grass gets pretty sloppy. It took me about 4 hours to color everything.

Rovie and Loric look so sweet together. I really like the little blush on Loric's cheeks, so cute. Rovie dress is great I would definately wear that dress myself. Her eyes and smile look so happy. She looks happy to have Loric with her no matter where they are. I'm sure Loric feels that way too, but is a little confused, what no beach? lol

aww yeah it is! I hardly draw guys in the first place since I have a hard time with them, but any scene I think I could do with Loric smiling involves him blushing too. haha I guess Rovie just makes him nervous. ^^

When he's Jynx he isn't so bashful. He's really playful. However, when I draw him as Loric (like in this drawing of them in the woods where he is half naked since he has no shirt) he ends up being shy! X3

Oooohh, okay, sorry, I forgot about that picture for a minute. ^^ Yeah, as an animal he doesn't have to be afraid to be funny and goofy and crazy, but as an elf he has to worry about how he acts cuz she may judge him more, he doesn't have the cute fuzzy look to get him out of every situation anymore.
