I do not recall ever having drawn Judge Dredd before yesterday morning, which seems remarkable to me as I’ve occasionally enjoyed his comics for more than 20 years. Here's the quick-and-dirty for a nice and clean spot-colour piece like this: I drew this on a piece of printer paper with a fountain pen and added the tint with a green Sharpie; after scanning, I converted the RGB image to an indexed-colour image with the color map limited to 3 colours. Easy peasy.
