That just looks like such a fun car to drive around in.

HaHa, I believe it. That open exhaust HAS to have a mean tone too it.
I just love rat rods though. I've been trying to get one myself for quite some time now. Just looking for the right car.

Mustangs are very common here. If you go out to a car show you will see hundreds, if not THOUSANDS, of Mustangs. You'll see them driving to stores and shops during the day.
Some are rare of course, but for the most part they are very common. There are companies here now that make 'replicated' bodies. They're steel, but they're new. So it's a little easier to build your Mustang. It won't be a true classic, but it would still be fun to drive.

i know...
but i also have a good feeling about the models...
for me, it doesnt have to be old...its all about the look of it. Thats why i sayd the mustang Mach I, i think the body looks better then other mustangs...but okay everyone their own taste.
anyways...old or new, as long the body is the same, and the engine and HP's ofcourse^^

The only reason I mentioned the re-created bodies is because the classic Mach 1 Mustangs are part of the rare group. You can find them every once in a while, but they are rather expensive.
You can get one of the 'fake' bodies though, get a 'crate' 427 High Output motor, and all the other proper gear though, and make a replica Mach 1. It would take time of course, but it would take even more time to find a classic Mach 1 that somebody would want to sell.
The Mach 1's are definitely a popular body style. They are still considered "The Last REAL Mustang" by most muscle car fans.

Oh yes, you do have a very good taste for vehicles. Especially when it comes to American Muscle cars.
The Mach 1's were relatively good for drag racing, but not too strong against it's competitors. However, it made for a wonderful track car in events like the Trans-Am and SCCA road-courses.
With the available parts and technology now though, it would be AMAZING at both.

i think so too^^
yea this technology of these days are incredible...
if they want they can create a real blastin' monster of those cars...
the only thing is that they would last 1 or 2 rides..., and then they have to fix it already:S

Well, if you build the car up to the ragged edge then yes, it will require a great deal of maintenance and repair.
If you just get a stock 427, improve the exhaust, then gear it right, you can have a pretty quick car without having to worry about blowing the motor up.

Well there's not a thing wrong with focusing on designs and structures.
And there is REALLY nothing wrong with liking games HaHa.
Do you play racing games like Need For Speed or Gran Turismo?

SpookyKidDesigns In reply to Laggtastic [2010-05-04 18:37:19 +0000 UTC]
Need For Speed is very fun and Burnout is AMAZING! HaHa I love that game. I'm a big fan of Gran Turismo, I love the realism that's involved and the amount of vehicles you can drive.
I'm not a big fan of shooter-style games personally. I did however play "Resistance: Fall Of Man" and that was fun, really easy, but fun.

I'm sure those games are addicting. That's what so many people tell me. I personally never played and computer-based games because my computer has always been way too slow to play big-time games on.

$712 is a lot of money, at least for me HaHa.
I usually play my games when my hand starts hurting from drawing, or if I'm just not in the mood any more. If I just need a break I'll either do that or relax on the couch and listen to music.
Sometimes I do get the random urge to play a game.
Right now I only have racing games though. I've been looking for other games to get, but nothing has caught my eye yet.

Guitar Hero is one of my favourite games as well. I love the music that they have in those games. I think they have done a terrific job at picking out the tracks.
No I don't have a strong PC. It just works well enough for the internet so I can keep track of business offers and such.
Which is all right. I usually just play my PlayStation 3 games online. Those entertain me well enough.

My sister has a PS2, it's in another state right now, but she has quite a few games for it. Gran Turismo 3 and 4, Mortal Kombat, i-Ninja, a whole bunch that I can't remember HaHa.
There really are a lot of games that you can get. It's a good system to have.
I use to play Nintendo only, Super Nintendo, N64, Gambecube, and then I got my mom the new Wii a couple years ago. Those are fun too, but I think the PS3 is capable of so much more. I'm really impressed with what it can do.

Sure I can explain that. Here in America the land is split into 'States' (The United STATES of America), then States are broken down into areas known as COUNTIES, then within the counties are cities and towns.
It's just a way of dividing the land.
Like my State is known as Arizona, which is in the south-west part of my country, near Mexico.
Hope that made sense, if not just let me know, I'll try again HaHa

Not a problem at all. I just looked at the R8 WIP. You are really doing a great job on it! I am most impressed. It's like looking at a completely different persons work.
You have greatly improved since when I first looked at your drawings.

Here it just turned 1 AM.
Yes it is a Ford and I have not done much more work on it because I can not get into contact with the owner and I have not received his money yet. So that project may be a bust, so I'll just have to move on and stop wasting time.

Well, I have a project for a friend that I'll be doing.
The Dodge Neon.
I'm not really too excited about it because they don't really want anything interesting done to it. Just a simple front bumper, wheel swap, and black paint job.
I want to do something weird and different.
I'm going to look around and see if I can find any inspiration for something random and odd.

I've been playing around with poetry lately and it has actually inspired me to deviate away from automobiles and perhaps work on some more...original pieces of work. Perhaps a few things that come from my own head as opposed to copying a vehicle I see in a picture.
I'm not sure if I will do that yet. We'll see.
I'm also thinking about playing with pastels to get away from watercolour paints for a bit. I may also do the Neon in graphite since it has been some time since I've last drawn a complete picture in pencil.
