Mega Man Atom, the atompunk version of Mega Man. Had some difficulty with this one so I hope he ended up sufficiently cheesy and 50's looking.Name: Rock Light

Bio: Androids here don't need a charging station like the Steam, Tesla and Diesel ones. They do have an atomic power core though, rather like the earlier accounts of the Robot Master's power source (used to be a nuclear power core, now it's been retconned as a solar power core).
Dr. Light and Dr. Wily are pretty similar to their normal selves I think. Changed my mind from last night. Can't think of much to say for this one yet.
Oh yeah and half-heartedly brought back the buster for this one.
