Wow! I actually got round to colouring something in
This is Yulia and she's currently on a mission annihilating the zombie bear outbreak in Russia.
.....Yeah, my stories are Rubbish -_- but sometimes I just can't think what to write in the description box.

I love how dramatically your colors set a mood and atmosphere. The muted, grungy tones give it this gritty, dark, scary feel. The harsh atmosphere feels even harsher now that we see and feel the elements for ourselves; the direct details of the place and scene in the background work well with the already wonderful indirect cues you built into her figure and reaction to the weather.
I think your use of textures was especially impressive. It feels like a gritty, horror scene largely because of those textures. The lighting is subtle, which gives the pic a really eerie feel.
I really liked this as a sketch, and I love the mood and atmosphere your colors added to it. : )
