This is one of my newish characters I've been playing around with forever. Haven't quite settled on her design costume but as her starting out phase before she got involved with anyone this would be her normal attire. She's an Eccentric Elf, with a wild hair style. Her hobbies include knitting bead making and several other things. Her mother was a tailor, and her father a carpenter. Each strand on her head contains a special trinket. some bells others feathers but they're special moments to her and she's incorporated them to carry them with her always. This is my design and concept. to be expanded further upon.
