Description This wasn't done on proper watercolor paper but just in my sketchbook so it's a little rough, but still, I rather like how the colors turned out-!     
I also picked up my nib pen and ink to ink this, so that was a lot of fun too, I'm trying to learn how to love it and use it more because microns/felt-tipped pens are so prone to fading/lifting when I erase out the pencil, this is actually faster in the long run.  Here's the lineart only for anyone who wants to see, it's a bit sloppy but a lot of fun!  sta.sh/0167hc1sogcb

Whoa jesus this looks so REAL
I know there's a lot to look at but for some reason my eyes are drawn to the rock with the cracks and lovely details on it and Sariel's shoe

Yeah no kidding you like how the colors turned out! I like how they turned out too!!
They look - for lack of a better word - very real :3
Really the only negative thing I could say is the perspective on the stairs - AND I KNOW THAT IS VERY POT CALLING THE KETTLE BLACK but y'know sometimes I wonder if you tire of tear-filled praise and want some mean words in your diet as well

I'm sure I could have phrased that better oh well

Ahahahahahaha, ohmygosh man your comments are the absolute best, no I love them~ XD
And naw I noticed the stairs about the time I was halfway done inking them LMAO don't you hate how some things look fine in sketch-form but then when you're done you're like... "waaait..." so yeah, ugh perspective is still hard... but no I don't mind crit at all, it's always good to get a fresh eye on things and see what people notice, so by all means-!!  Thank you!  

And hahaha no lie several years ago I spent like. at least half a semester in this one discussion-based class drawing the shoes of all the other classmates sitting around me (we sat in a circle haha) so I GOT A BIT OF EXPERIENCE ON DRAWIN' SHOES... it's all practice, man!  o:  Thank you though, aaahhhh I'm so happy that the details can be called "realistic", that's the highest praise for me~!

It helps to plan out colors ahead of time so you can keep that feeling, I'm sure you can do it too with practice~!  C:

You have a wonderful sense of depth and a good eye for architechture and making it fit with your subject! This is lovely, I love the colours!! Your sense of lighting is also really well incorporated and I love the colour/tone you chose for the shadows, it contrasts in a very lovely way!

Heheheh thanks, I'm glad that worked out as well as it did, in retrospect I'm kinda proud of this!
(While working on it I was just a frustrated mess, hahahahah!)
