I used the patch-tool in PS to disfigure the face. I don't think it was meant to be used in such fashion, but I like to fool around and experiment with Photoshop... and as they say: the only limitation is your imagination really.

It's an old image from 2008 or 2009 - I am not sure. I just found it again and thought I resubmit it. To answer your question: I don't think so - it's more like my own take on the Dorian Gray.
