this image reminds me of a level in a videogame where you walk into some dungeon and you hear this sucking/slurping noise, then a young bloodless girl wearing a similar looking outfit falls right in front of you from above where this vampire has been enjoying her warm red "life essence", and yes, she turns and you have to fight her
