On our way to a weekend fall foliage getaway in the Columbia River Gorge, Addam and I passed through some beautiful parts of Washington that I had not previously seen. The highlight of the morning was this beauty. Though it measures just 69 feet high, it seemed much higher when we made it to the bottom of the canyon to the base.ΒRelated content

The whole image seems to be pouring into the center of the shot, just as the falls seem so far away but reaches beyond the frame. And all those lovely shades of green! So many textures. So many things draw the eye. Just beautiful.
