Alright, I haven't done one of these in a while, so forgive me.
Vision: I rate this a 3.5 because of the lighting. Many artists, myself included suffer from having undefined light sources present. This is most notable on the codpiece and thigh-covers (whatever those are called) as well as the cape and horn. It just seems like lights are all over the place, and it really detracts from the desired effect.
Originality: This seems kind of weird to judge, so I'm skipping to technique.
Technique: I feel that the lines and colors are picked fairly well, and there are some very fair points to note upon, such as the leaf in the background is really well constructed. One thing that detracts from the technique however is the pose. While well executed anatomically, it's rather static in nature. What I mean by this is that I can draw a straight line from her heels to her horn, and it will always touch a major part of her legs/spine. Dynamic posing is important to giving an image higher impact, such as offsetting one of her legs to give her a more imposing look would increase her character greatly, while still retaining her regal stature. (Another thing to try is angling your view so that you're looking up to her ever so slightly. It has a massive effect, for something so subtle. See images old knightly portraits and propaganda to see what I mean) Otherwise, it's pretty solid.
Impact: The overall dullness of the pose, and lack of a clear light source really detract from this. I suffer from this syndrome myself. The fantasy designs on her armor and sword, combining eastern and western likenesses really are an eyecatcher, but the colors you chose for shadows and highlights are minor detractions as well. Sunlight (which is what most people use as a light source in these) is a slight warm color, even when hitting a white object. Therefore it is always good to give your highlights a slightly warm hue to it, and your shadows a slightly cold hue. (This helps drastically, trust me.) The more intense you make these, the more dramatic your picture appears, just with that slight change!

Damn, I keep seeing this one every time I see one of your updates. I feel bad for never taking the time to comment on this, but since I've been a fan of the originals (never owned the awesome N64 one...) I got to say this one looks amazing, a real favorite honestly. I can't wait till I finally get my copy of FE along with my Etrian Odyssey 4 games <3 3DS is rocking pretty good, even if playing with 3D mode on some really hurts my eyes x_x
And lol your new piece with the CMC came out adorable. Keep up the awesome Lamia~!

huh. And all this time I was jealous of those N64 owners getting one, for nothing xD (I went Saturn and PS2 that gen), explains why I could never find a download for my emulator. Sucks it got canceled... But at least we got Path! (pso card battle was pretty addicting btw)
I wish Nintendo would of brought back the Gamecube remote, that was my favorite. Even if they barely lasted barely a few months of play on Bloody Roar >.> and that Card Summoner game was pretty sweet too. Shame all the big titles came near the end. Not sure I'll bother with a Wii U, no games and no rpgs out at all. I play my 3DS more then my home systems and pc anyways.
