Thanks! Maybe not one of my best, but I need to redo it anyway since I got him redesigned. A lot of fun though XD

Oh, this looks great! ;o; Can I ask how big this piece is? The details look very small and hard to colour.

I see uvu I usually draw on A4, I'm not too good at drawing big-scale because the poroptions are just ruined. I should get such a tiny brush! I have a small one, but not a "detail"-brush.
Watercolours are so pretty and the variation in how people use it is just really interesting to me ;v;

I tend to draw on A4 too mostly, but I got this smaller aquarelle pad which I first intended to use for practice. But smaller paintings are quite charming ^^
And I totally feel with you! I usually keep away from drawing big myself. And even if this alone is a reason to keep drawing big, my scanner can't take to large papers, so that to keeps me from practicing.
And yes, I too just love the variety of using watercolor. Pretty much no artist use it the same way! And there are so many ways to use it! One just gotta love watercolors XD

Bought a huge block of aquarelle paper some time ago, and I'm really pleased with it! I have a smaller pad where the papers are a bit thinner, but still aquarelle. I intend to use them until I get the hang of it.
When I draw big I have problems making sure the porpotions are OK. Especially with humans. A lot of my humans easily get heads too huge for their bodies, especially compared to their hands and feet, which I make too small >v>
Watercolours are so fun to play with ;v; Can't wait to work more with them!

(So sorry for responding so late!)
I too have a lot of problems drawing big. My proportions gets way off! SO you're not alone my friend ^^

No problem! I have a tendency to stack up messages in my inbox as well.
I need to find a good spot in the middle. Not so small I can't draw details, and not so big that I lose the control of the entire thing.

I don't even remember how I do it when I need to work big. I tend to stray away from it, avoiding it at all coasts XD

I love those textures in the background quite a lot! And I don't really think they distract too much from Zero, there's a nice balance between the background detail and the foreground detail.
