I thought I had this one up already. This is a really old photo, like 2000/2001 the first or second year I had my first camera.I went back to this same place a few years later and was setting up to take some shots when I heard a voice say something like "What do you think you're doing here?"
It was a real person's voice, a hunter in a tree or a blind somewhere, I don't know I never saw him but that scared the shit out of me.
Needless to say, I didn't get to take any pictures.

I've heard that song before, not sung by them but I've heard it, it's a good one. Oh and there is no "NO TRESPASSING" sign.

Not entirely, this is less than a hundred feet from the dirt road. There weren't any signs then, but now, down the road a bit on a fence post, there is one. There still isn't a fence there.

This is a machine print that I got back from the lab sepia toned without me asking and without asking me if I had wanted it. I like the way some of them came out, however.

Yes, I think there are a few down in Houston, about an hour from me.
This roll was done at Walmart I think, or maybe Walgreens, long before I knew how to develop film). I think it was chromo black and white film, probably Kodak B&W "T400CN"; I used a lot of that back then.
