So to explain the joke, in case you don’t know who this character is, what game they’re from, or what this is referencing:

The character is Altina Orion, from the game The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III. She uses a strange mechanical doll as her “weapon” and one of the attacks it has is called “Fragarach”. It sounded a little like “Fraggle Rock” to me, so I replaced her “combat doll” with Red from Fraggle Rock, because that’s what she activated.
