Heheh... Yeah, cute commission here from Legends involving the crown prince champions of Nohr and Hoshido, now reduced to squabbling over who has clean underpants in a nursery. Dialog was written by Legends, with Corrin offscreen.

Not much to say on this one... Will admit that since beating Three Houses I've been curious to go back and play Fates, since Conquest always sort of interested me... Be nice to get some use out of my 3DS..... God, that thing got me all the way through college. So much life out of it... Then again, Three Houses I tried because it was more accessable than most other Fire Emblem games and Fates I understand is less so (Conquest especially). Eh, we'll see.

Was fun drawing these two. I rather like the moon-phase border for the Nohr nursery, but probably could've been done better. Maybe hold onto that if we ever have to draw this place again.

Martin's Comments: I'd say if you didn't really care for Awakening then you probably wouldn't especially like Fates; Fates has better map design than it and it has kind of a proto version of the monastery stuff but otherwise it doesn't really one-up Awakening in any really notable ways.

But yeah, just kind of a commission we've had sitting for a bit, think it came out good but not a giant amount to say about it. Fire Emblem's always fun to work with, though do feel like there's a lot of each game's cast we probably could pad we haven't really gotten around to yet, and that's not even getting into the pre-Awakening games. I really need to make the time to play some of those at some point, kind of just not the most convenient games to make the time for.
