Heheh... Yeah, anybody excited for Fire Emblem: Engage? .... Us neither, but hell with it, it's an excuse to post a Fire Emblem picture involving Three Houses.

Very happy with this one, especially the hair details. Martin really did a great touch with that there. ^^ Since we've done various other Three Houses set, made sense to eventually draw the Ashen Pups. Erm... Wolves. Not a bad set, eh?

The real winner here by a wide margin is Bernadetta. As ever. She wins at life. That's why she gets to have a bear to snuggle with.

Martin’s Comments: Yeah, I’ve been kind of underwhelmed by what has been shown off of Engage so we didn’t get around to doing a tie-in picture for it. So we moved up this Three Houses picture for this one, while for Patreon we moved up a Catherine picture to tie into Persona 3 and 4.

… Vincent is in Persona 4, it counts.

But yeah, pretty happy with this one. Yuri kind of set on his own unfinished for a long while before being polished up for the finished product and think it worked out well. Do really love his and Bernadetta’s dynamic, plus just the Ashen Wolves in general, so felt natural to spotlight that here. Be open to maybe doing more with this premise at some point, I dunno. Might notice this is essentially Yuri’snold tournament script reworked into a single image.

Nothing against Balthus incidentally, he’s great too, just didn’t really want to draw him.
