Lance's Theme Song(s): [link]New design for my main character, Lance Volkov the Alaskan Tundra Wolf. I know it's not 2013 yet, but this design will be around for awhile
I decided not to do digital for this one, and went back to good old fashion color pencils. Prismacolor to be exact! I forgot how much I enjoy using color pencils! I think I might just start using them more often. First I need to buy a bigger set, because working with only 12 is going to be a problem...
Anyways, I hope you like Lance's sexy new design as much as I do!

Damn, that is some pretty nice coloring. I've been trying to find this piece for a while because of the use and blending of the colors is appealing to the eye. Say, you got any tips on how to color like this? It would really help a guy like me who's getting used to Prismacolor.

Hmmm... well I use two different shades of blue, Using the darker shade of blue for the shadow. I always use white to blend the colors together
