i think the wind should slow down more in between each breeze so the hair and clothing gently settle back before looping again.

Thanks for the fav! Yeah, I was hoping that a fan of animation would chance by this piece (which is why I'm a SOTN fan)...
The work process:
Original pencil animation consisted of 8 hand-drawn frames, plus 1 blinking frame total, with a file size about 1.2 MB. This has been reduced to a mere 322 KB! And it's with colour!
Worked like heck to hand ink, scan in, and convert to a workable vector format, then coloured in Flash. The shadows were a real pain to complete.
The blinking frame(s) have been randomized using Flash's actionscript.
It took as long as it took... many days, many nights...
