Description Was trying out the silhouette work flow I've seen from many a concept artist to attempt some more creature concepts. Can't say I love the process, but can't argue that it definitely works.

Sure! When doing the silhouettes, you start with blocking out some kind of interesting shapes with solid black. After that just start to build on top of those with a gray layer to make out some details. Finally its just detailing it a bit until you're satisfied with it.

Also I tried not to get too detailed into the drawings since silhouetting is mainly used for quick concepts as well.
