...Because I'm real weird, and just a teensy weensy bit sadistic. >.> Or maybe just really creative? *angelic expression* I don't have a thing for men in dresses or anything, it's just... well, the thought process went like this: saw a fanart of Rukia and the Bleach Women's Association in suits, thought it's cool why don't I do that, too, only with Hisana, and since I've been doing Victorian stuff, I know those suits better than modern ones, so Hisana in Victorian suit; wait, since she's in a Victorian gentleman guise, why not have Byakuya as a Victorian lady? etc. etc....Fine, I admit to being weird.
Byakuya's dress and hairstyle is all thanks to the manga Emma by Kaoru Mori (wonderful stuff; I especially adore the back story of the elder Mr. Jounes and his wife, whose dress I was using, as well as the tidbits of the German couple's background). The lipstick on him was a second thought, but goshdang, it was so easy to add it on. All in all, an enjoyable drawing experience. I'm going to see if I can wheedle with my friend to let this pass as for the Byakuya the Duke commission (only in this case, the Duchess). ^^Paper, pencil, camera, camera effects. Byakuya and Hisana Kuchiki for your enjoyment! And I know I never say this because I always forget, but let this be once and for all: the characters don't belong to me!

This, this is priceless. He almost looks better as a woman. Anyone who hasn't read Bleach would probably just assume this a real woman- a tall, homicidal woman, but a beautiful one nonetheless. You're a fantastic artist.

I saw this and just thought: "Is that Byakuya? Is that really BYAKUYA? Is that Byakuya? In a dress? Well, he sure looks happy about it....NOT!" And fell over laughing.
And that hair.... Seriously, this made my day!!! At least he still looks like a noble.......

And the pretty Duchess suddenly took up a Japanese long-sword and muttered "chire, Senbonzakura," and then the whole ballroom was dead. Never again would anyone [read:lanithanai] put Byakuya in a dress, and certainly not wearing sticky lipstick. Or sumthin.

Just like Jin, Byakuya looks far too good made up as a woman. When I saw the thumbnail on my deviations page, I recognised Hisana right away and then I went: "Oh no, don't tell me this is..."

I am so sooooorrrryyyyyy. I had to go to confession in preparation for Christmas; the last time I went was many months ago. My dad told me about it but I completely forgot. I was hoping to be able to make it to Chili's at least, but it was late and I forgot my purse at Steven's yesterday, so I have no money, no car key, and no house key. 
Bleach is massive now, with over 30 volumes and still going strong. I wouldn't blame you if it seems too much to tackle. ^^ I know I gave up on Naruto and One Piece--oh, and Inuyasha.

The funniest thing is that just yesterday I met your parents at HEB (of all places! I mean, I go to HEB like, once in a blue moon) and we talked a bit. I told David about it when I called him to ask for a favor and the convo came around to Spring Break and he too said I should go to Austin, at which I sputtered and panicked. But he was just giving me a hard time. Are you coming back for Spring break? Please please do! It'll be nice to see people again. I'm so busy I'm basically becoming a hermit.

He's the kind to still look stately and elegant even in rags, or a dress. XD And that's actually Hisana. 
The sisters are awfully hard to differentiate visually. Far as I know, Hisana has thicker lashes, three-pronged hair piece between her eyes instead of single-prong, and seems to be bustier and (from illustrations from two Japanese fanart sites) taller. I know she looks more exuberant than usual, but she's standing next to Byakuya-sama in a dress; personally I'll be ROFL if he promised not to decapitate or otherwise harm me.
