This will be officially number 3 in my Victorian!Bleach Project requested by my friend Jazzy ! The first two that started this whole thing are Mornin' Stroll, Darlin' and Mark of a Gentleman , done for one of her fics (which featured streetrat!Renji and streetrat!Rukia and kiddy!Ichigo in Victorian London!) in her IRAF (IchiRuki Anthology FST) series. Somehow it evolved into this huge exchanging thing where I draw whatever she requests and she'll write me whatever I request. XD; Yes, there will be more stuff in this genre coming up, or something. I don't know, I'm doing this on order. XD

No, your eyes are not deceiving you. It is Yumichika from Bleach. In a dress. As the Queen of England. Jazzy wanted it so. Even I am surprised at how at home he looked in a dress when I drew it, though. Mwahahahahahahahsobsobsob... My hand is shot. Oh the lace, the lace! I think I totaled his left arm entirely (only noticed it after I was done with everything; I was too blinded after doing the lace, which I totally made up, and for my sake, I hope it looks like lace). Don't look at it too long and hopefully you won't notice. This is entirely modeled after a picture of Queen Victoria of England I found. I don't think she actually wears the veil and small crown until later in her life, though (I think it was after she was widowed), but I liked the idea and added them in. Everything here is more or less accurate, even the background. I made a few modifications, but I believe I mentioned most of 'em.

The title comes from the song "Victoria" by The Kinks, an English rock group. According to Wiki, it was to honor Queen Victoria and her empire. Fitting, ain't it? Although it's "his" sun, rather. I think I might be shot for doing this. XD;;
