Job: Night Watchman - patrols the streets at night on the look out for suspicious individuals

Talents:
Using barrier magic - A type of magic that was inherited by his parents, enabling him to produce magical forcefields for the sake of protecting or imprisoning. The barriers are only as strong as Auri's concentration as he creates them. He won't be able to make a very strong forcefield if caught off guard with little time to react. Even with his training, Auri cannot use his barrier magic excessively (ex: using more than one barrier a day, maintaining a barrier for an extended period of time) or else he becomes very fatigued or even faints. He also cannot make barriers large enough to cover a whole town like his parents could, or else the amount of strain it would put on his body would kill him within moments.

Good sense of balance - Auri uses his wings to help stabilize himself while on unbalanced surfaces. As a result he is often seen crouching on top of lamp posts and flag poles with ease.

Acrobatics - Due to his lack of physical strength and general fighting abilities, Auri protects himself from harm by using his nimble body to quickly and effectively scale complicated terrain and dodge enemies with graceful flips and leaps. He rarely misses a landing unless he is hit in mid-jump.

Personality: Auri is very antisocial and aloof, always seen with a serious or distant expression on his face. He doesn't care at all for other people, and shows little to no sympathy for any excuse people have to wander about the streets at night when they shouldn't be.

Once he's alone at night and off duty however, Auri drops his constant scowl and becomes more reserved, often sitting in the snowy fields outside of town and staring longingly at the moon. Auri sleeps during the day, and is usually cranky if his sleep is disturbed without good reason.

History: Auri's parents were once famous magicians that were adept in producing powerful barrier spells. Together they combined their powers to produce a barrier large enough to protect the entire main capital of Lumeria during an invasion long ago. After exerting such a huge amount of power at once though, they rendered themselves incapable of using magic any further, at the risk of death. After being proclaimed heroes, they chose to retire and settle down to raise a family. And thus, Auri was born.

Ever since he was little, Auri had a fascination with flight, always looking on in awe as the many winged citizens flew by him and through the sky with ease. Every night in his sleep he would dream of flying all the way to the moon, and he wanted more than anything to make his dream come true. Every day he would practice flying by jumping off hills and trees, getting no further than a few feet before falling to the ground and getting bruised.

The other winged children often bullied him for his unrealistic dream, telling him that there was no way a moon rabbit could fly as well as them and that no one, especially not him, could fly to the moon. Regardless of being mocked, Auri would continue his practice in the hopes that the next leap would send him farther than the last. Over the years he had grown to be spiteful of the other winged races however, and stopped bothering to make friends with anyone. Once his parents discovered that Auri inherited their magical talents, they offered to help train him to properly harness them. Auri accepted, and trained every day after his schooling, while the other children would be outside playing.

When he turned 16 he got a job as a night watchman, patrolling the city streets at night on the lookout for any suspicious individuals and hooligans who were up to no good. He would use his barrier magic to imprison them and hold them either until they checked out or send them to jail. He's helped to keep the streets safe for 5 years now, his job being one of the few things he actually enjoys.

Additional Info:
- due to his large ears Auri has exceptionally keen hearing like most moon rabbits. As a result, he hates loud noises and is very easily disturbed from his sleep if someone is nearby
- his bright eyes are very sensitive to light and that is one of the biggest reasons why he hates going out during the day, other than resting from his night job
- his favorite color is indigo
- he loves to add boiled or charred clovers to his food
- he actually hates carrots, and gets annoyed when people offer them just because he's a moon rabbit
- has a fondness for particularly fluffy creatures, though he tries to hide it. This doesn't include fluffy gijinkas
- once when he was little he received a very nasty bite from a snake and had to get the poison removed. He is deathly afraid of snakes now due to this
- Auri is rather decent at playing piano, and has one in his house that his parents gave him
- he has old scars all over his back from when he was bullied as a child
- he likes going out at night when there are fireflies everywhere. He enjoys the peaceful glow they give off
- his armor and staff have strontium aluminate powder adhered and embedded onto the surface, and that is what causes them to glow. His lantern is a glass orb that Auri can open from the circular side panel to light and extinguish every night.
- Auri had developed a condition in his youth called Moon Addiction from all the nights he spent actively soaking up moonlight, which is the cause for his fur/skin/eye color. Instead of catching and radiating moonlight like other moon rabbits, Auri's fur stores it and the energy builds up inside him, strengthening his bond with the moon to a somewhat dangerous level. Full moons heal him spiritually, but a red moon causes him extreme pain and insanity and could be fatal if exposed to one long enough. Because of his appearance from his condition, Auri cannot stand sunlight, and could blind himself from it if he didn't protect his eyes when he went out during the day
- before his condition changed him, he was blonde-haired with blue eyes
